As of the end 2012, Orran has 16 full time, 16 part time staff and a further 44 volunteers helping in all aspects of Orran's operation in our two centers in Yerevan & Vanadzor, serving 50 elderly and more than 150 children, ranging in age from five to sixteen years.

Natalya Tumanova - AccountantNatalya Tumanova was born in Mingeychaur, Azerbaijan, and immigrated to Armenia in 1971. A graduate of Yerevan Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Electrical Engineering, she worked for almost twenty years as a Senior Engineer at the Yerevan Scientific Research Institute of Mathematical Machines. In 1992, Ms. Tumanova made a career change, studying to become a certified accountant. Since that time, she has worked for several local business enterprises as their chief accountant. Ms. Tumanova first came to Orran as a contractual accountant in July 2001; in July 2002, she joined the staff as the organization's full-time accountant. Ms. Tumanova is fluent in Armenian, Russian and is proficient in English.
Anahit Gharaghazaryan - Fundraising and Marketing ManagerAnahit Gharaghazaryan is happy to have joined Orran in April of 2011. She is heading the newly created position of Fundraising and Marketing Manager.
Ms. Gharaghazaryan has a Master’s degree in Romance and Germanic Philology from the Yerevan State University. She comes with impressive experience as a commercial manager at Armavia Airlines.
Ms. Gharaghazaryan is fluent in Russian, French and English. She is the mother of 3 year-old Artashes.
Nadejda Arakelova - DoctorDr. Nadejda Arakelova was the head pediatrician of Azatavan Medical Clinic for nearly 10 years. Before that, she was a pediatrician at the Yerevan Medical Center 8 and the Chief of Staff at the Azatavan Medical Clinic for over three decades.
Dr. Arakelova is at Oran on a full-time basis attending to the daily medical needs of the elderly and the children.
Susanna Manukyan, a theatre critic by profession, has been with Orran since the very first days of its foundation. For over 12 years she has demonstrated exemplary devotion to Orran. She is also Mrs. Hovnnisian's assistant. Ms. Manukyan’s professionalism in public relations management has played a great role in raising public awareness about Orran's mission and activities.
Armine Sukiasyan - Academic Program CoordinatorArmine Sukiasyan joined Orran in April 2011 as the head of the academic program. Prior to Orran, Mr. Sukiasyan led PH International’s ZANG Armenian Legal Socialization Program where she worked with juveniles and children at risk.
Throughout her career, she has been also involved in designing and conducting different educational projects and teaching English in a number of institutions and universities.
Marina Ghazaryan - Social Worker for Elderly, Children and FamiliesMarina Ghazaryan was born in 1980. She graduated form "Urartu" University with a degree in Medical Psychology and Psychotherapy.
Before joining Orran in 2008 Ms. Ghazaryan has worked as freelance Sociologist for Word Bank Research Group and as a psychologist in "A. Khalatyan" College.
Ms. Ghazaryan is fluent in Russian and proficient in English.
Astghik Hovhanissyan - TeacherAstghik Hovhanissyan was born in Yerevan in 1969. She graduated from Khachatur Abovyan Yerevan State Pedagogical Institute in 1990.
Mrs. Astghik has extensive experience teaching at Aragatsotn marz. From 1994 to 1998, she worked at kindergarden #9 in Yerevan. Mrs. Hovhannisyan joined Orran in August 2004.
She is married and has two daughters. She is fluent in Russian and Armenian. Mrs. Hovhanissyan is a part time employee.
Metaksya Tadevosyan - TeacherMetaksya Tadevosyan was born in 1988. She has graduated from Yerevan State University of Pedagogy, the Department of Social Pedagogy and Psychology.
Ms. Tadevosyan has joined Orran first as a volunteer in 2007 and became a part time employee in 2008.
Geghanush Tovmasyan - Handicraft TeacherGeghanush Tovmasyan graduated from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, department of Radiotechnics (BS in Engineering) and later macrame courses at Echmiadzin Craft Center.
From 1981 Mrs. Tovmasyan worked at Radio Physics and Electronic Institute as an engineer-researcher and 1989 at Cometa Research Institute as a Senior Engineer. From 1994 she worked at Arabkir Child house as a teacher and in 2002 she moved to Malatia Child house as a Director. She joined Orran in 2006 as Handicraft teacher. Mrs. Tovmasyan is a part time employee.
Marzpet Kirakosyan - Wood Carving TeacherMarzpet Kirakosyan was born in 1947. He has gradated from Technical College of Car Mechanics, the department of Car Engineering.
Mr. Kirakosyan brigs to Orran his 27 years experience as a crafts teacher working in various secondary schools of Armenia.
Mr. Kirakosyan joined Orran in 2007 as a part time teacher.
Manya Karapetyan - Chief CookManya Karapetyan was born in 1944 in the village of Noraduz in the region of Gavar. Mrs. Karapetyan graduated from the Noraduz village school and completed her "Culinary Courses".
She brings to Orran her 30 years of experience working with children in Yerevan's Kindergarden #108 as an Economist and chief cook.
Mrs. Karapetyan joined Orran in September 2004.
Emma Grigoryan - CookEmma Grigoryan was born in 1962 in the village of Her- Her of the Vaik region. Mrs. Grigoryan graduated from the native village secondary school and studied culinary arts.
In 1982-1983, she worked as an assistant cook in Jermuk Sanatorium.
She is fluent in Armenian and Russian. Mrs. Grigoryan joined Orran in September 2004 as a full time cook.
Narine Arshaluysyan - Cook AssistantNarine Arshaluysyan is a native of Yerevan. She attended a vocational school for two years, graduating in 1984 as a certified telephone operator. She was subsequently employed for two years in this capacity at a regional post office in Armavir. For the next six years, she worked as an inspector in Yerevan.
From 1992 to 1996, Ms. Arshaluysyan worked as a Teacher's Assistant at Yerevan Kindergarten #187. She began volunteering at Orran as a kitchen assistant in September 2000, while her two children participated in Orran's program. In August 2002, she was hired as an Assistant Cook. She is fluent in Armenian and Russian.
Marieta Saghatelyan is one of the parents at Orran. She and her three children, Manouk, Meline and Nikolay came to Orran in the year 2005. She was volunteering at Orran for several years and because of her diligence was offered a job as a housekeeper.
Hovhannes Hakobyan has joined Orran in December 2011. He is currently a first year student at the Yerevan State University of Pedagogy. Mr. Hakobyan has completed mandatory military service and is working as Security Guard.
