Once again, the children of Orran were asked to prepare the Universal Rights Award handed out by the U.S. Embassy, the European Union, the British Embassy, the OSCE, the Council of Europe and Counterpart International.
This annual ceremony honors civil rights activists, government officials, and media/civil society representatives promoting human rights in Armenia. The children made the awards out of clay and molded a hand in a shape of a dove.
